The site
This home lot in Toms River had just changed hands, and the plot plan needed to show what's really on the ground: the house, the timber deck, the driveway, the planters and every fence line.
What we did
Our FAA Part 107 certified pilot flew the lot, and we built an orthomosaic and point cloud with half-inch pixels.
From that data we drafted the house, the timber deck, the driveway, the planters and every fence line in CAD, so the licensed surveyor had a clean base for the plot plan.
