Our Surveying Services
We partner with NJ Licensed Professional Land Surveyors to establish property lines, easements, and rights-of-way. All boundary surveys are sealed and accepted by NJ county recording offices, title companies, and attorneys.
Our RTK drone photogrammetry captures precise ground elevations, contours, and site features across NJ worksites. Deliverables include AutoCAD DWG, PDF, and GIS-compatible formats — sealed by an NJ Licensed Professional Land Surveyor. Typical field-to-delivery turnaround: 3–5 business days.
FAA Part 107-certified UAV pilots deploy multirotor drones with RTK/PPK positioning to generate calibrated orthomosaics, digital surface models (DSMs), and point clouds across NJ construction sites, development parcels, and infrastructure projects. Outputs are delivered in LAS, TIF, DWG, and RCP formats for immediate use in Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and ArcGIS.
Innovize captures post-construction conditions using drone photogrammetry and ground-based survey to document as-built structures, grades, utilities, and site improvements across NJ. Deliverables include sealed DWG and PDF drawings accepted by NJ municipalities, permit authorities, and design engineers.
